Every day it seems there’s new advice for how to better manage and grow your business. But who’s got time to filter through all the nonsense and actually digest the worthy information?

While Covey, Pink and Collins' works are all good, Fierce Leadership by Susan Scott is at the top of my list. As a woman in leadership, I appreciate the insight of another strong woman regarding matters of employee engagement, communication, motivation, and accountability.
