12 年Resistance to Change It is all about the attitude of the leader and how well they handle Change Management. Everyone fights change by making excuses and reason why things should remain the same. The people / companies who are successful are the one's that can promote change in a positive way and lead their associates through it. In this case the change was growth and the excuse was money. Instead of seeking solutions this young man bought into the excuses, for the sake of his associates I hope he understood the message and started seeking solutions. Attitude is everything.
