Weed Out the Wrong Hires Fast: 7 Interview Questions

Finding the right employees is tough, but it often comes down to knowing the right interview questions to ask. Too many companies stick with conventional questions about past experience--how do you really dig deep to determine the candidate’s critical thinking skills and dedication to your company?

Focusing in on a potential hire’s passion, drive commitment, and problem-solving skills can help create more productive interview questions. Steering away from the typical job responsibilities and skills interview questions will help to gain insight into whether the candidate is a strong fit as a person.

I put together a list of 7 interview questions to help you quickly weed out the wrong hires.

Terrible article. Companies that discuss salaries at the beginning clearly are not looking for the best candidate and are putting out a message that they may not be stable and that the job may not last long anyway.
