/2020 - /2012 IA. CX. UX. UI for MSN

In 2012 I was asked by NineMSN to design the future of screens presentation for the MSN network and how this would look and function. I worked with the team writing up 2 very well crafted peronas to show off the full potential of how people will interact with MSN.com.

After a few years and few 1000 projects later I have found myself back in Sydney and decided to take a look at how far MSN.com have come since the presentation in 2012, needless to say, I was pretty close, fingers crossed the backend is just as well engineered.

The core task was to deliver a high detailed interactive user journey to around 5000 people at NineMSN conference on the ‘Future of Screens 2020 Festival’ at Milsons point. I developed the User Experience, Information Architecture, and User Interface with Adobe Flash and Ari Jacobs to bring the prototype to life. The design and user flows where written as 7-8 min stories with showcase points to wow the audience via live video, real time purchase and real time video ad placement connected with the users habits. One of the highlighted areas was interactive purchase via video. This allowed users to purchase all the products show with in an Ad, or Editorial video like Australian Chefs, buy all the products need to complete this meal.

Looking back on this project, it is one of my favorites, as I had the freedom and open mind of letting your imagination wonder with a "anything is possible" attitude, plus if you have the time its totally doable...
