2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the ESRC funding the UK module of the European Social Survey (ESS). The ESRC, a leading supporter of data science projects in the UK, backs innovative research aimed at gaining a deeper insight into societal dynamics.
On behalf of the ESRC, the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) is pleased to be organising a special event on 4th June, celebrating the ESS and exploring the insights from both this and other international survey research projects.

They will also emphasise the importance of engaging policymakers and the media to challenge misconceptions and highlight the accessibility of valuable data for researchers across multiple countries.
