20 Years, $15 Billion (Almost), and Lessons for Entrepreneurs: Building a Business Rooted in Values

Last week, we celebrated a milestone 20 years in the making. When Frank Sorrentino, myself, and a group of local leaders founded ConnectOne Bank, we set out to create something different—a bank rooted in service and community, not just transactions. Today, that vision has grown into a public company (NASDAQ: CNOB) with nearly $15 billion in assets.
