Then you have to be going LIVE on video (for free!) once a week doing things like....?
? TEACHING about your niche topic?
? Showing up as an EXPERT on your niche.
? Hot seat coaching on your niche
And WHY is it important to build this following of warm/hot leads who attend & engage in your live videos?
Because THESE are the people who will eventually move to book a discovery call with you.?
Not only that... but once you DO get on the discovery call... it will be a very NATURAL conversation... because they already view you as an expert.
They already know, like, and trust you from attending your live video sessions.
But, HERE is where coaches struggle.
"Betty... I show up LIVE on video just like you said each week.... But WHY is no one attending my live videos? And WHY is no one engaging in them? It feels like I'm wasting my time."

HOW TO INCREASE ATTENDANCE:
Consistency is key. It's easier to market your live when it's the same day & time. It's easier for your audience to remember. It allows your audience to come to depend on you & look forward to your live video at that day & time.
2. Market your Live in your LinkedIn Banner, Facebook Banner, Facebook Group Description or LinkedIn Profile description.
3. Pick time and day to go live that works best for your Ideal Client Avatar.
4. Use StreamYard to run replays of your live at different times in order to pick up the stragglers who couldn't attend your live.
For example, if you go live at 10am EST, use Streamyard to replay your live at 5pm EST. The cool thing, is this will still show your connections an alert that says "Betty Kempa is Live." And the algorithm loves live video (even if it's a replay)!
5. Market your live as a social media post a week prior.
PS: This allows you to grow your Facebook group organically if you only go live within your Facebook group.

6. Market your live to your email list at least a day ahead of time.
7. Create a Facebook or LinkedIn Event and invite people.?
8. 1 hour before you go live, email your list a reminder!
Tell them you are going live in one hour and share the link to attend!
9. 1 hour before you go live, share a Facebook Story.
10. Use a tool like "Community" (community.com) to text your list a reminder 10 minutes before going live. And share a LINK to join the live.
11. Game-Changer Tip!!!
During your live video, have your Virtual Assistant tagging people in the comments with a blurb about the topic you are going live on that day.
12. The best TOPICS to go live on = urgent problems that your Ideal Client Avatar says they want to solve.
You can get these from....
? Running Ideal Client Avatar Surveys
? 3 questions you ask when someone joins your Facebook group
? 10 minute Connect Calls you run with your ICA

? Run a poll and ASK your ICA what they want to learn
? Review your Discovery Call notes & Client notes. Scan for urgent problems brought up frequently.
Ultimately, you need to be keeping a Google Doc List of ALL the Urgent Problems that Keep Your ICA up at night... and be adding to that list over time.
13. DM people personally inviting them to attend your live.
You can do this OR your virtual assistant can do this.
Audio messages are the most powerful, followed by a link to attend.
14. Don't forget to leverage your Replay! Send your email list a link to your replay.
15. DM your hot leads a link to your replay.
INCREASE ENGAGEMENT:
OK, now you've got them to ATTEND... how do you increase ENGAGEMENT?
17. Ask your audience questions throughout the live
?? In the beginning, ask what it is they want to learn today.
?? Throughout the live, ask questions related to the training to get them to interact.
?? At the end of the live, ask what is the #1 think you will take action on coming out of this training? Or ask, "what is your big takeaway?"
18.? Tell your audience that this live is meant to be "hot-seat coaching" throughout the live versus you talking AT them.
You can also reserve a Q&A portion at end as well
19.? Try Zoom for your lives. It's much more engaging to hot-seat coach this way.
20.? Gamify your lives.
?? Ask people to drop an answer to something during the live OR stay to the end of the live in order to get their name in a drawing for complimentary coaching call with you valued at $$$________.
?? Ask people to SHARE your live on their social media profile to get their name in a drawing for complimentary coaching call with you valued at $$$________.
