20 minutes a day

20 minutes a day

If you are anxious and stressed out you might want to read this… because I wrote it for you.

Anxiety is caused by lack of control, organization, preparation and action.

Coaches, therapists & healers often worry about EVERYTHING… (I know… I've been there!) Will I be able to pay my bills? Will I have enough to pay taxes? Will I have to go back and get a J.O.B?

These thoughts can leak into other areas of your life… like losing your keys, or becoming impatient while waiting in line or not being able to fall asleep at night.

Or worse, taking it out on the people you love the most. Waking up in the morning feeling worried and anxious is HORRIBLE. It can even show up as a kind of paralysis leading to STUCK.

When we don't take action, everything stays the same, nothing changes and we don't move forward. This might lead to a higher state of anxiety and worry that prevails day after day… month after month and even for some people year after year. What if you took one small step-worked on your business for just 20 minutes each day?

"Whaaaa?", you say…

Do you have any idea what 20 minutes x 5 days a week could produce?

I’ve been doing the 20 minute a day practice for years and here are just a few of the results:

  • Wrote and sent an email to my list with an offer (sold $10k in coaching programs)
  • Reached out to 5 people on FB to set up a 30 minute zoom call (enrolled 3 into my Group Program = $6k +)
  • Brainstormed a list of topics to write (nurtured my list because you deserve good content and fun stuff to read & later you may sign up for one of my programs - because I took the time here and now)
  • Emailed 5 potential Joint Venture partners to see how we can help each other (this led to over $50k in sales)ADD IT UP:$10k + $6k + $50k= $66k from just 1 hour working on my business.

Now that’s a huge return on investment. This is a simple snap shot, but all these actions led me to where I am today. I do actions like this every day in my business and when I look back on my progress, it's astounding!

What you are committing to do for 20 minutes a day to grow your business. I really want to know :)

Love and Light,

Susan

P.S. When you commit to taking action, ANXIETY vanishes.
