20 books every [becoming] marketer should read to master marketing strategies

Hey there, marketers and business leaders! ???

If you're like me, short social media posts, newsletters, or podcasts aren't enough to gain in-depth marketing knowledge.

While I read LinkedIn posts and follow excellent marketing-related newsletters, books remain my primary source for absorbing more marketing wisdom. It's the only way to delve deeply into a topic. And as a firm believer in the "Less is More" principle, I'd rather dedicate two months to a single book on the same subject than skim through 100 brief articles on various topics.

However, there's a risk involved with books: if you choose the wrong one, you could end up wasting a significant amount of time. So, I try to be cautious—I read or listen to books recommended by people I trust, or at the very least, I ensure they have over 1000 reviews on Goodreads and a 4+ rating.

This being said, in this edition of the Marketing Made Simple newsletter, I'm thrilled to present to you a comprehensive list of 20 must-read books that will revolutionize your approach to marketing strategies and empower you to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of marketing with confidence and finesse.
