2 years at ERNI

Last December 17th it was 2 years since I joined ERNI and, after those 2 years, I can’t be happier about it. Moving to ERNI has been 1 of the best decisions that I have ever taken in the past. At that time, I knew that I was applying to a better company with extremely good conditions but what I did not know is that I was going to move to a company which really really cares about people. I was impressed since the 1st day about how I was received by everyone !! I received several fantastic onboarding sessions, people were happy, smiling, no negative atmosphere… I mean… everything was brilliant. At that time maybe someone can think “Ok, they are treating me like this because this is my 1st day”, but no… after 2 whole years, I can really say that they continue treating me like this… like the 1st day :)  And since that 1st day my adventure started here at ERNI. I learned a lot of things in those 2 years and I met excellent people. Thanks to ERNI I was able to achieve one of my most desirable goals, such as being a Mentor and leading people. ERNI trusted me from the beginning and gave me the proper trainings so I could achieve my goal !! And I can’t be more grateful for that… I really like ERNI values and philosophy, something that I’ve never seen before in other companies. For that and for all the things mentioned above, I can only say: Thanks to every ERNIan that I met in those 2 years and let’s continue at ERNI for more years ! Proud of being an ERNIan.
