2 Years, in brief: All I Have is Gratitude
Two years on at Move Matcher and all I have is gratitude.

If you’re curious about us – we’re an atypical startup. In fact, I have a hard time with that term in the first place. I'm not sure that I or we strive to be categorized exclusively as a startup. Our growth is slow but steady. The team has remained small. I care deeply about personal development of each of our team members, perhaps at times more than the “metrics.” I’ll live with that. When I arrived at Move Matcher we had approximately 60 local mover clients spread across 9 markets, arguably paying us far less than the value we’ve provided them. Now, we have more than 310 mover clients in markets nationwide handling local and long-distance moves paying full price for a product they believe in. We’re experimenting with national referral partners and we’re about to launch a new website. Our teams have created and refined processes beyond my expectations. We're a unit and we're all well aware that we're in the boat, rowing together. I feel good and grateful.
