2 ways to cook "quick-frozen dumplings"


To make quick-frozen dumplings, do not boil the water in the pot. Learn these two methods and they will be as delicious as fresh dumplings.

Method 1: Take the quick-frozen dumplings out of the refrigerator, fill the basin with water, pour the dumplings into the cold water basin, and defrost the dumplings. Thaw the dumplings and bring them to room temperature before putting them into a pot of boiling water to cook.

Method 2: Add enough water to the pot, cook over high heat until the water temperature is almost 70 degrees (you can see a lot of blisters on the bottom of the pot), pour the quick-frozen dumplings into the pot.

Please note: When cooking quick-frozen dumplings, use a spatula to push the dumplings, otherwise the frozen dumplings are particularly likely to stick to the pan. When pushing, be gentle and don't puncture the dumplings.
