#2 Unfold growth

Hi,
To tell you the truth I am feeling a bit lost lately. I am having trouble to inspire myself and thereby als the people I work with. It seems the fire needs more oxygen and fuel everytime I will start it. Ofcourse I can explain this feeling because of what is happening in this world right now. But the feeling is nevertheless there. Perhaps you've experienced this firsthand, especially when trying to embark on new initiatives in environments where there seems to be no time, space, or support for creativity.
I've been there too. As someone deeply involved in fostering learning cultures and igniting creative confidence, I understand the challenges of feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of the task at hand.
But amidst the chaos, it helps me to remember the wisdom of those who have walked similar paths before us. Think of Jesus, who started with just twelve followers, or Rumi, who spoke of finding everything you need within yourself. Their examples remind us that even the greatest movements begin with small, seemingly insignificant steps. Would love to hear who inspires you.
My personal inspiration comes from:
So, how do we navigate this L&D landscape of uncertainty and resistance? The answer lies in trusting the process and embracing our roles as designers of change. Taking the small steps! Instead of being daunted by the enormity of the task, let's focus on moving from one experiment to the next, learning, feeling, and creating small amounts of impact along the way.
Remember, the small things add up to create meaningful movements. It's about taking that first step, even when it feels daunting, and then zooming out to see the bigger picture. And don't forget the importance of seeking feedback from those you trust. Their insights can provide valuable guidance as you navigate uncharted territory.
This principle applies not only to individuals but also to organizations. By acknowledging the fear and uncertainty that accompany change, and by embracing the power of collective action, we can make progress, even in the most challenging circumstances.
So, let's take a deep breath, gather our courage, and take that first step together. Through our collective efforts, we can illuminate the path forward. Let's inspire eachother.
Inspiration for designing a brave learning culture I would love to highlight:
