2 things to help you get ready for Wednesday's CoreNet Symposium
This is the week when the magic happens: speakers are flying in from around NZ, Singapore and even Tahiti, Shed 10 is being polished up, AV systems are being checked, chairs are being laid out, the business lounge and breakout areas are being established, and Asha is picking up her outfit from the dry cleaners:
It’s the week of the CoreNet Symposium!
As we all get ready for what promises to be a great event for the hundreds of people who have signed up, there are two things you might want to consider doing today:
1. Download the Symposium app before Wednesday
This year an app will be the primary way to register on the day, view the programme, learn about our speakers and sponsors, order coffees, participate in polls and Q&A on the day, and to connect with fellow delegates. It is the essential tool for the day, and we recommend you install it on your phone before Wednesday!
To download the app on your iPhone or Android devices: If you have registered for the day, you will have been sent an email with simple instructions. Any new registrations from now will be sent a link with logins.
Should you require any assistance with the App prior to the Symposium, please email [email protected]

2. Sign up for the Pre-Symposium Soirée at Alberts tomorrow night!
The pre-Symposium Soirée will raise the curtain on 24 hours of symposium goodness. Taking place at Alberts Club, 1 Albert Street, on Tuesday 16 May, doors open at 5:30pm and the event will run until 7:30pm.
Tickets are $148, or $65 with your delegate ticket, purchased via [email protected].
…and (a cheeky third thing): Keep your eyes peeled for the special sign-written EQ cars kindly donated by Mercedes North Shore, complete with chauffeurs, to carry our overseas speakers and Principal or Platinum-level to and from the venue over the course of the symposium.
These wonderful vehicles are bookable for our Principal and Platinum sponsors over the symposium period – taking people to and from locations within 2km of Shed 10. So if you are a sponsor at that level and feel that your revival during a busy day would be helped by booking one, or if you'd like to become a Platinum sponsor so you can travel in electric style and comfort, please contact Asha Lal ([email protected]) before 17 May.
See you tomorrow – and/or on Wednesday!
