#2 Sales Transformation Recap
Hey Everyone ??
Happy Saturday - Here is the Sales Transformation Recap #2 for 2,206 Sellers ??
In this recap, you will best the best takeaways from last week's episodes to help you transform the way you sell and have your own sales transformation. To this day my biggest sales transformation is still going from ABC (Always Be Closing) to ABH ( Always Be Helping).
1. On Monday we dropped the episode with Elyse Archer of She Sells
We talked about being stuck and shedding your own misbeliefs. One of the interesting things that really hit home for me was when Elyce mention that in sales your income will not exceed your self with. You will not make more than what you feel you are worth and this is what holds back many sellers.
So ask yourself "Are my limited beliefs what are holding me back from the success I say I want?"
2. On Tuesday we dropped a solo episode about remaining teachable.
This is important for sellers and sales leaders no matter how long you have been in sales or what you have accomplished. There is always something you can learn even from people that are newer to sales can sometimes teach you something. It's important to have a growth mindset and always be seeking opportunities to learn something new that you can put into practice.
Don't ever let yourself get to a place where you say "This is the way we have always done things, why would we do it any different now"
3. On Wednesday we dropped with Nick McGowan

Nick has an incredible story of how he had reached a level of success and still wanted to end his life. That catapulted him into working on himself and mastering his mind. Now he is on a mission to help others that are struggling in similar ways with self-mastery.
Ask yourself this "Am I looking outward to determine my success and happiness or have I arrived at a place where I can look inward?"
4. On Thursday we dropped a solo episode on Being a Sales Athlete
Two-thirds of sellers are not hitting quota on a regular basis and this is because they are showing up on game day AKA the workday and hoping for the best. If you adopt the mindset of a Sales Athlete you will adopt the lifestyle of taking better care of yourself and practicing to get better at your craft.
Think about this " Do I want to show up and hope for the best and be average or am I willing to put in the work to be a true sales professional? "
#5 On Friday we dropped an episode with Samantha McKenna
#SamSales is someone that I have been looking forward to having on the show for a while and I loved the topics we dove into. We talked about having an exceptional manner as a seller. I can tell this is a lesson that a lot of sellers needed to hear. It is so common to be rude when a seller doesn't get his or her way. And trust me, I have been there before. Sam dropped some incredible gems on how sellers can have great manners and win more relationships.
Ask yourself this "Am I showing up as my best self even when I don't get what I want with my customer and prospects?"
That's it for this edition of the Sales Transformation Recap.
Thank you so much to our incredible guest lineup and my amazing team at Salescast that makes Sales Transformation possible.
Thanks ??
