#2 Sales Hunter ~ define the role for success
Before even considering your interview questions, define the role that your proposed HUNTER will be required to perform & how you can keep them excited to perform.
?An important pint to remember is that the general Sales HUNTER is terrible at admin!
They are a free & loose spirit & detest being bogged down.
Ensure you load them with the barest minimum!
