There are 2 Reasons Why a Business Doesn't Sell.
Peter Nola
I Sell Businesses. I Show Business Owners a Stress-Free Way to Get the Best Price When Exiting Their Business.
These are the only 2 reasons a business doesn't sell.
That's it. Nothing else.
If you want to buy a business or sell a business you need to know these reasons. It will make your sale or purchase decisions easier and maybe better in terms of price.
Its probably the same for buying and selling houses too, although some-one more knowledgeable than me in Real Estate might like to comment.

Thanks for watching. I'll see you over on YouTube.

1 年He gets the first element correct, but I'm not onboard with the second. If you're going to limit it to two reasons then the second one is that the business was not built to sell. I've seen "profitable" businesses that appear to be priced correctly, but once you dig in there are far too many issues that the owner was simply able to live with during their ownership, but no sane buyer would pay good money to take on. In some cases it gets so bad that the buyers tell me, "Hey that guy should pay me to take over his business." Or, "I wouldn't take that business if they gave it to me!" If it's priced right and transferrable the buyers find it.
For decades: Helping people find and buy the right businesses the right ways. Avoid dumb deal. Make good deal. Everybody happy. OH YEAH! (I'm not a broker.)
1 年What fun watching and learning from this, Peter Nola. I'd like to feature this in one of my E-newsletters because it hits two hugely important topics that sellers need to know. And I love the production quality of this video.
