There are a lot of good reasons to sell in this market, but when I bring it up, I hear two common concerns from people. I wanted to go over these concerns and a couple of solutions I have for them. The first is that they’re not sure they’d be able to get a new home in this market. For this, I have a lot of different buyer strategies to help your offer stand out and some ways you can make moving homes easier, like a rent-back.
