2 Minutes Test to check your Leadership Impact.

In one line, what is the success of Leadership? It is in creating a high performing teams.

But a disengaged employee is a clear symptom where key decision makers couldn't align his or her skills to the common goals of the organization. It is shear waste and create Lose-Lose situation.

Here are few things to try to re-engage them and bring them to add value to organization.

  1. Disengaged employees are not dumb, just, they are not feeling connected. Have a clear one-on-one discussion and create roles or opportunities where they can contribute.
  2. Toxic work culture is a slow poison that slowly kills their creative appetitive. Healthy relations among team members and clear role responsibility along with transparency in rewards and recognition is the foundation of healthy work environment.
  3. When success is not reward, failures cannot be punished. There must be encouragement and confidence from management to wear innovative hats and bring new value to the table. Otherwise it breeds dissatisfaction and finally disengagement.
