INTRODUCTION

The world does not care if you succeed or fail. The truth is, the universe is not focused on your success or failures. There are too many good people that fail and there are too many bad people that succeed at least in one area of their life.

The reality is there are more people pulling against you than pulling for you. All the people that have quit dreaming are pulling against you. All the people that are selling another product are pulling against you. The world doesn’t care whether you succeed or fail!

YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON…

You are the only one that cares. That means you need to care a lot. There is nobody protecting you or looking over you. I know too many great people that don’t have the success they need, the success they deserve, and the success they want.

The world doesn’t care if you have success or fail—it’s up to you, it’s up to you and only you. You have to push harder than all the people pushing against you.

You are not interested in “getting by” are you? You are interested in getting enough so you can succeed big. You need more than basic needs to have success. You need more than just a job, you need more than just health coverage, you need more than just education, and you need more than a place to come to work, right?

What are basic needs? Basic needs are…

• Housing
• Food
• Clothing
• Transportation

You need more than that for success in this world.

SUCCESS IS NOT EASY

If that’s all you are looking to get, that’s all you will get. Life is brutal. You are not planning for emergencies. People go bankrupt because of some terrible sickness, but the reality is this person wasn’t prepared because they were just going for basics needs. Most of mankind is going for just basic needs.

You need more than basic needs for success.

What would that mean to you to have enough to succeed? What will success look like for you and how is that different from just your basic needs? The reality is this, the guy that sleeps in a homeless shelter tonight has a jacket on his back, he’ll sleep on a cot, he’ll be in a soup-line, he’ll get a piece of bread—he had his basic needs met.

Is that what you want?

That same individual who is homeless now had something bad happen. He might be very intelligent, could have gotten an education, had a job at one time and had enough bad breaks happen where he finds himself tonight.

WRITE THIS DOWN

What are basic needs and what would success look like for you? Remember the world doesn’t care if you have success or not.

Big success requires hard work, dedication, and commitment. There is not a shortcut, there is no easy way. You can grab any ten billionaires you want and they are all going to tell you the same thing, every one of them, “hard work, dedication, and commitment.”

There is no way you are going to have success by working part-time on the internet or create a multi-level network marketing thing having everyone else do all the work.

SUMMARY

No matter what you do, there is going to be hard work. It’s going to require dedication, it’s going to be long hours, it’s going to be commitment. I’m talking sword all the way down in the earth, nobody can pull it out because you are so committed.

It’s going to be relentless, tireless dedication. There is no way around it.

Anybody that tells you otherwise is offering a scam, a shortcut, and it will not work.

Success, real success, beyond basic needs, requires hard work, dedication, and commitment.
