2 Face of Micro Manager Boss

Micro Manager boss want to be informed of everything. They want to be involved in everything. Therefore they become very busy. It is very difficult to contact them. You cant get their time easily.

When you call them, they will say I am busy, will call you back. But they will not call you back. If you call again and again, they become angry. But when they found something that you did not inform them, they will say why you did not inform it to me. If you say you were busy they will say I may be busy but you should inform me.

These are the 2 face of micro manager boss that is difficult to handle. If you have a micro manager boss, it is better to try for any other opportunity.
