The 2-dimensional Variables for Action Grid Generation

According to a study, human brain can process up to 4 variables at the same time as the maximum. The mechanism of action grid provides the combination of 2 concepts consisting of ControllerFOCUS and modified PDCA which leads to distinctive 25 different combinations of each elements. To help further develop the detailed action choice, the 25 combinations are listed below as the core concept for systematic development purposes (please refer to the action grid concept explanation in my previous relevant articles.) The structure of the following description will be in the format of:

"A capital letter (representing a combination of 2 conceptual variables and perspectives) followed by a paragraph of general guidline under each element."

  1. Q - "Future" for Goal, Objective, Target + "Plan" for Forecast, Expectation, Projection.

The value of future and planned actions is derived from visualized target achievement one can envision as a result of the impacts as a consequence of relevant actions generated and taken.

2. W - "Operation" for Process, Action, Function + "Plan" for Forecast, Expectation, Projection.

The expectation of action value generation depends on efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of interaction among functions and processes optimization and synchronization.

3. E - "Control" for Risk, Assurance, Reliability + "Plan" for Forecast, Expectation, Projection.

To establish proper control and governance system provides confidence in implementation of action plan and execution of strategies in order to achieve the action value creation goal.

4. R - "Utilize" for Resource, Time, Information + "Plan" for Forecast, Expectation, Projection.

Due to the limitation and inherent value, available resources and its utilization plan are crucial in materializing the vision and dream through efficent and effective operation.

5. T - "System" for Individual, Complexity, Technology + "Plan" for Forecast, Expectation, Projection.

To effectively deal with complexity and confusion for long-term stability, well crafted system ranging from tiny to large ones must be considered as a part of successful journey.

6. A - "Future" for Goal, Target, Objective + "Execute" for Action, Movement, Decision.

The future target can become real only if valued actions are considered and effectively taken today through the process involving the success in making first start action happen.

7. S - "Operation" for Process, Action, Function + "Execute" for Action, Movement, Decision.

The existence of an entity means its capability in successfully drive the process of generating product and service required by target markets and customers.

8. D - "Control" for Risk, Assurance, Reliability + "Execute" for Action, Movement, Decision.

The power of control will ensure the target achievement resulting from efforts made through actions in proving the existence and effectivenes of all governace tools and mechanisms.

9. F - "Utilize" for Resource, Time, Information + "Execute" for Action, Movement, Decision.

The utimate ecology of resource utilization requires dynamic actions in maximize the capability of allocation and maneuvering available and limited resources on hand.

10. G - "System" for Individual, Complexity, Technology + "Execute" for Action, Movement, Decision.

The continuity of a system running means the life and growth opportunity of dependents and related stakeholders working together in a concerted efforts to achieve their goals.?

11. C - "Future" for Goal, Target, Objective + "Analyze" for Variance, Justification, Analysis.

The accuracy of future forecast and expectation can be enhanced through in-depth analysis considering past experiences and future uncertainties before a conclusion of the most likely case can be drawn.

12. X - "Operation" for Process, Action, Function + "Analyze" for Variance, Justification, Analysis.

The operational result is subject to proper analysis to understand the key drivers behind either negative or positive performance which will open up the opportunity for better improvement.

13. V - "Control" for Risk, Assurance, Reliability + "Analyze" for Variance, Justification, Analysis.

To ensure the effectiveness of the control system, adjustment and modification to the current control system should be made as a result of the control analysis.

14. B - "Utilize" for Resource, Time, Information + "Analyze" for Variance, Justification, Analysis.

The limited resources shall be maximized and analyzed so that the unnecessary losses can be avoided and prevented with responsive measures accordingly.

15. N - "System" for Individual, Complexity, Technology + "Analyze" for? ? Variance, Justification, Analysis.

For a system to effectively serve operation and to last in the long run, it needs an on-going process of analysis followed by modification and improvement endeavor.?

16. Y - "Future" for Goal, Target, Objective + "Communicate" for Understanding, Sharing, Influencing.

The importance of mutual understanding of the future requires effective communication and information sharing regarding the direction toward the goal.

17. U - "Operation" for Process, Action, Function + "Communicate" for ? ? Understanding, Sharing, Influencing.

To achieve the aimed performance, the responsible functions and interaction within a process must be clearly communicated for the same understanding which will result in successful coordination.

18. I - "Control" for Risk, Assurance, Reliability + "Communicate" for ? ? Understanding, Sharing, Influencing.

The objectives and design of control system should be made clear to stakeholders so that coordination and cooperation can be obtained from the same understanding.

19. O - "Utilize" for Resource, Time, Information + "Communicate" for ? ? ? ? Understanding, Sharing, Influencing.

The maximum utilization of available resources is critical to the life and existence of humans who have to be fully aware of its importance through full understanding and realization.

20. P - "System" for Individual, Complexity, Technology + "Communicate" for ? Understanding, Sharing, Influencing.

The system development or change is considered a challenge deserving full understanding through well selected communication channels to avoid resistance and also gain support from impacted parties concerned.

21. H - "Future" for Goal, Target, Objective + "Exdysivity" for Change, Transform, Innovation.

The rebirth of life requires constructive change and transformation in order to meet the future goal involving the long-term sustainability and existence of a system.

22. J - "Operation" for Process, Action, Function + "Exdysivity" for Change, Transform, Innovation.

As part of the continued assurance for the operation of a process, it is inevitable for necessary and undisrupted change to be incorporated into the whole cycle of a process.

23. K - "Control" for Risk, Assurance, Reliability + "Exdysivity" for Change, Transform, Innovation.

To be peacefully assured on a journey toward goal achievement, the effectiveness of a control system lies upon the responsive change to be made to irrelevant practices realized by responsible parties.

24. L - "Utilize" for Resource, Time, Information + "Exdysivity" for Change, Transform, Innovation.

The development of available resources is critical to the achievement of projects and attempts provided that natural change process is in place over time.

25. M - "System" for Individual, Complexity, Technology + "Exdysivity" for ? Change, Transform, Innovation.

The only alternative to survival is limited to merely self-change or transformation effectiveness requiring acceptance and full cooperation by the subject system through the sufficient self-force power.

The above 25 elements and guildline will be used as a source for screening and driving for generated action choices so that meaningful and high value action will be considered for being taken.

The next development shall be shared again soon.
