Welcome to the 2nd Newsletter of Building in Public of Hiire.?

First of all, I want to wish you all you a Happy New Year. We hope this new year brings you joy, prosperity, and success in all your endeavours.?

On my side, the new year has brought so much great news. This newsletter is on fire with new stuff.

Let's start with the most important thing: new awesome people joining the company. As an HR agency, if people aren't our top priority, what is?

I’m thrilled to announce that Diana Pinto and Beatriz Silva joined the team. I couldn't be more grateful that they accepted the challenge of joining Hiire at such an early stage. The ride will be wild, but I'm very confident they will add so much value!

Diana started 2 weeks ago and will help us with recruitment and our new Career program. (stayed tuned for more updates).?

Beatriz’s first day is today and she will be the Talent Partner for a new client.?

I’m so happy to start building this company and this team together with them.

I have hired many people during my professional life, but to be honest, these are the most important hires of my life. I will do my best to provide them with a great experience.

B2B Segment

Client 1# - Letras Binárias: I will work again with my old friend Jorge Santos . We met in 2013/2014 when I was working at Jason Associates and I'm excited to work with him again. He is building a very cool tech company. Beatriz will be his Talent Partner to find more developers for Jorge's team. She will be their first recruiter, helping Jorge to focus on his core business. Besides recruitment activities, we will help them with their Employer Branding. We will ensure they are on the map of the great tech companies working in Portugal in 2023.

Hiire supowerpower:? Outsourcing a Talent Partner and leading the hiring of a tech company.

Client 2# - Ironhack. They are one of the most incredible tech boot camps in Portugal. They want to expand and show all their potential to Portugal, helping people to change careers and to start a new journey in tech. We will create amazing material to enable them to attract more students. The actions will take place in February but we are already writing the first drafts.

Hiire superpower: Content Creation to generate leads and awareness?

Client 3# - JAy!. As we shared in the last newsletter, we started to work with them recently. On the 30th of December, we closed the first role, the TA manager that will lead the recruitment efforts of JAy!. We are super happy with this first hire.

We have a lot of great candidates in process and we will make other good hires soon.

We are still looking for Data Engineers, BI Developers and MDM Product Owners. Do you know anyone? Reach out to us.

Hiire superpower: Recruiting great talent.

We are having a lot of different meetings in January to get more interesting projects to Hiire.??

Q1 is looking good so far but we still have a few slots to work with Tech companies that are planning to grow. Do you know any tech company that needs our help with hiring talent? Let’s know.

B2C segment

Here is one of the biggest efforts that we are doing at the beginning of the year!??

We created a group called Career Booster Community. The goal is to help job seekers to find new opportunities with 8 live sessions during 8 weeks. We will start on 17th of January. We still have open slots!

We will continue to do individual coaching programs. Yet, we want to test the Career Booster Community to see if we can impact more people at the same time with a lower investment from their side.

?2023 is starting really well for Hiire but this is the beginning. We still have a lot of things to do. We want to ensure our delivery level continues to be amazing while having fun doing what we do best: helping tech companies grow and helping people find new opportunities.
