2 Apprentice Opportunities

Can anyone help us? We are looking to engage 2 x Apprentices to work within our administration function and give them an opportunity to develop their skills on a broad range of business and administration activities as well as support their academic development. We have contacted 4 organisations and not one of them have come back to us to advise, support or place an Apprentice with us. I was under the misconception that Apprenticeships were the big thing and notwithstanding the “Levy”, I thought Colleges and training enterprise companies would be going out of their way to place people into this roles, am I mistaken? We are a Liverpool city centre based company and if you can help me I would appreciate it!
