1st Lean TWI Summit - Amazon Lecture and Wienerberger Workshop

There are only 42 days left until the Lean TWI Summit . On June 19th, we invite everyone to Wroc?aw for 10 practical case studies and a power speech by an American football coach. On June 20th, we have planned 4 certified workshops. In today's newsletter, we wanted to reveal the title of the next lecture, as well as invite you to a special workshop on the second day of the conference. Our conference broadly extends beyond the TWI theme, touching on topics of management, maintenance, quality, and employee development.

Let's start with the topic of 亚马逊 's presentation - Integration of Lean Management and LOTO to improve efficiency and work safety indicators. The lecture will be led by Mr. Wojciech Pluta - Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager. Wojciech's career has always been associated with broad management and Lean Management. Throughout his career, he has implemented many projects aimed at improving processes. Currently, he focuses on internal auditing of the safety system, optimizing the budget associated with Maintenance processes, and a project to reduce energy consumption. We expect a very interesting and substantive presentation.

On the second day, we would particularly like to invite you to participate in a workshop conducted by representatives from Wienerberger - How to Effectively Conduct and Sell a Lean Project. It will be a combination of a discussion panel and workshops. The workshop will be in English, but questions can be asked in Polish as one of the leaders is fluent in both languages. This is a special event precisely because of the leaders involved. Ian Wordsworth is a recognized expert in the field of production management and Lean methodology, currently serving as a Lean Coach at Wienerberger AG. One of the key moments in his career was the position of TPS (Toyota Production System) Engineering Manager at Toyoda Gosei UK. The other leader will be Kamil Studziński - a valued Lean Management specialist, currently serving as the Lead CI Europe at Wienerberger AG. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry, gained over more than 13 years of working at Magna/Stadco Limited and later work at Wienerberger UK, where he successfully led dozens of Lean projects, significantly improving operational efficiency. The gentlemen will present how to prepare and sell a Lean project in a company. This is the perfect event for gaining insider knowledge and building networking.
