1) Mel Bochner Unveils Fresh Works at Milan's Massimo de Carlo Gallery

Mel Bochner has produced a completely new body of work to be exhibited at Massimo de Carlo Gallery in Milan. Bochner found inspiration for this exhibition in Casa Corbellini-Wassermann. Featuring at least 13 new works and some exsisting works, Bochner has created some fresh work from older series such as HaHa, The Measurements and more.

2) David Yarrow Joins ALS United Charity Event in Chicago

David Yarrow, in collaboration with ALS United in Chicago, was a guest of honour at a charity dinner to raise funds for the organisation. Joining Yarrow in this effort will be the Chicago Bears Head Coach, Matt Eberflus, and musician JohnVincent.

3) Jay Z Reveals Billionaire Status and $70M Art Collection

In a recent interview with CBS, Jay Z spoke about being the first billionaire rapper and some of his assets. Included in the rappers assets is a large art collection worth an estimated $70 million, including a Basquiat painting titled Mecca which he bought at auction in 2013 for an estimated $4.5 million.

4) Alicia Keys & Swizz Beatz Present 'Giants': Brooklyn Museum Exhibition Showcasing 100+ Black Artists

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz art putting on an exhibition called Giants, which will feature over 100 works by leading Black artists including Jean-Michel Basquiat. The exhibition will be held at the Brooklyn Museum and will be accomapnied by a catalogue produced by Phaidon.

5) Honolulu Museum Showcases David Hockney's 140+ Print Retrospective

The Honolulu Museum of Art has debuted the largest-ever retrospective of David Hockney’s prints, featuring more than 140 works that span six decades of the artist’s career. The prints are from the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation and will run from November 17th 2023 to March 10th 2024.
