19: Are you living a lie?

I recently did two super fun talks for WorkLife Central: "Finding your meaning and purpose" and, "Encouraging authenticity and honesty in the workplace".
?? With hand on heart I tell you this:
????The ultimate cause of pain and suffering in life comes from not living authentically and not expressing your true nature and purpose.
Knowing who you are and being it, is the only thing that will ever satisfy and bring the ultimate heights of fulfilment, wellbeing and resilience that many of us are seeking.
But here's the thing: living your truth does not come easy.
You might get rejected by people and be misunderstood, you may not get immediate success (whatever success means to you). That's why many people shy away from it, and give up - amongst other things.
???? But the rewards of living authentically are rich.
They are truly great. Healing happens, joy happens, wholeness happens, oneness happens. Gratitude happens, peace happens, inspiration happens, love happens.
I speak not only from experience but also from observing and studying many who have chosen the path of truth.
It's a warriors journey, the hero's journey. And it's never ending - there's always more to be expressed. Life is an unfolding.

But what's more challenging than this journey, is living in hiding.
Living in fear. Living in falsity and fakery for the hope of some kind of reward.
There are no rewards. Only the illusory and momentary easing of your own tension. But that momentary ease turns into long term suffering. Trust me, I know.
?? So, may you be encouraged to find out who you are and express that into the world.
The world needs YOU.
The world be benefits from YOU.
The world will be more colourful, rich, beautiful, loving and vibrant, with YOU, being who you truly are, not who the world made you think you should be.
