19 Years Calls for 19% Off

This week on the 22nd of October, it would be 19 years since I started my very first business. I want to extend a massive thank you for all of your support, whether it just be a follow on LinkedIn, purchasing every product we produce, or just a lovely message. 1. Dig deep and be brave enough to find your purpose

2. Be unafraid to break yourself open. Take a hard look at yourself, get honest about what’s not working and be courageous enough to the work to change. 

3. Once you become fearless, you become limitless. 

4. It’s our differences that have the power to unite us. 

5. It’s not the big that eat the small, it’s the fast that eat the slow. 

6. Never get complacent. It can all come crashing down. 

7. Consider long-term sustainable strategies as early on as possible. 

8. Collaboration brings a whole new energy to your mission. 

9. Be an active listener. 

10. Quick wins are good, but you need a long-term vision and powerful partnerships to scale. 

11. Naivety can be a great thing. 

12. Surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed. 

13. If you can get one yes, you can get 100 yes’s.

14. Be unafraid to take a chance and start.

15. Third party endorsements work.

16. Have systems and processes but remain nimble and flexible

17. Focus on what you can give rather than what you can get. 

18. Working from wherever can create a super happy team and a super productive output.

19. Embrace differences and use them to do good.
