- C>O>P>I>S: Customer is the center of the universe. Everyone around us are customers tangibly or intangibly, including self.
- Solve Problems: Be the problem solver. If you think you can solve a problem, do not hesitate.... dive in and attempt.
- Compete with self: Local competitions are underestimation. We are a small dot in the entire universe, you must always improve & better than yesterday.
- Keep the Curiosity Alive: Curiosity drives creativity. Always remain curious to know, learn and find.
- Un-Learn & Listen: Integral for any transformation to be successful. Develop the ability to learn like a child with curiosity and creatively. Do not let your lifetime's experiences isolate the possibility of a holistic view. Listen to the end.
- Be a self critic: A method to work towards perfection is to be a self critic. Ask, how could I have done it better? Look back at your creations as an audience than a presenter.
- VUCA Priorities: Keeping your mission and goal priorities constant, revise and revisit all your priorities daily.
- Learn & Share: What you learn new must be shared even if few with whom you share already know.
- What you think of self: Keep your consciousness alive by being a person of integrity. What others think or talk about you is always a second leisure priority. How do you see You in You is what matters more.
- Value criticism on your face: Appreciate and value those who give direct feedback and criticism. It will genuinely help you improve.
- Speak less but speak precise: Psychology says, majority of the people listen to answer, defend or respond and some of them even listen to judge and perceive. Be assertive and to the point to fly above.
- Repair than replace: With that in mind, you will stop choosing the easy way out and instead, you will attempt to find the best possible way
- Help beyond boundaries: if your capabilities permit you to help areas of other domain of expertise, do not hesitate to step forward and help other experts in solving their problems
- Spend time with self: Give at least 2 hours of your day to yourself. With that, I mean do something that you enjoy the most.
- Don't wait for responsibilities to find you: Practically, there is no job description of any profile. JDs are to outline the basic expectations from a role. It is up to you to glorify the role that you perform. You may either choose to live it or bring life into it. Opportunities are like dust, they are always in the air. Sharpen your Saw to be capable to accept them.
- Don't be overwhelmed: Give time, research, validate before plunging into the pool of being overwhelmed
- Own Failures and give away credits: Credits are byproducts and must be given away. Gaining credit must never be any of your priorities. What i learnt by owning the failures are my greatest credits.
- Pull up people around you: There is a reason why you are there, where you are. Pull up people and develop them.
- Be an inspiration: Be the light, an inspiration of someone. That not only brings in self motivation for you but also nurtures the capabilities among'st those whom you inspire.
