Thanksgiving travel delays

Boston Globe: The FAA has warned that the air traffic controller shortages may disrupt Thanksgiving travel: Expect flight delays at Northeast airports.

Travel+Leisure: Staffing shortages are particularly rough at Newark -- also, bad weather could stir up chaos.

TravelMarketReport.com has advice -- Thanksgiving flyers should check their flight status and plan for extra airport time.

NPR says the FAA is actively managing traffic flow to minimize the disruption, even with daunting staffing shortages. Good luck in your travels!


$18M electric guitar scam

News Break: Authorities busted an $18M counterfeit guitar scam: Over 3,000 fake Gibsons were seized by U.S. officials in a record operation.

U.S. Customs: The guitars were shipped from Asia and were likely to be sold through third-party online sources.

DaijiWorld: It was a historic seizure -- The fake Gibsons added up to the largest counterfeit instrument grab on record.

NY Post: Luckily, U.S. Customs intercepted the counterfeits in LA before the counterfeiters could cash in.
