I had to pinch myself this week when LinkedIn told me that I was 18 years in business! It feels like the blink of an eye.

There have been many rollercoaster moments on this journey. However, it’s YOU that have really kept us going…..?

  • The clients that invite us to partner with you, and to really add value through driving REAL conversations & culture change.
  • The amazing leaders that reach out for Executive Coaching & have the courage to ask themselves the hard questions & move beyond their comfort zones.
  • The teams and team leaders that want to ‘raise their game’.
  • The “TIO Leadership Development Programme” Graduates that continue to connect with us over 10 years later. This really warms my heart!
  • The wonderful colleagues that have worked side-by-side with me (you know who you are)!

I’m looking forward to our “20 Years in Business” celebration! ??
