18 Years and Counting
The 1st of February this year marked a milestone of my 18th anniversary at?Mentor Group. I vividly remember training sessions from Mentor during my time at Vodafone and it was because of that and the skill of?Jim McManus?Chris Norton?and?Neil Kelly?that I took a leap of faith from a huge corporate job into a different industry entirely and I will always be grateful to Jim, Chris and Neil for giving me the opportunity. Today I find myself in their shoes, leading our great company and working with a fantastic group of individuals many of whom have been at Mentor as long as me. But this is not a self indulgent post, that is not my way (those of you who know me would know that). Rather, I wanted to spread the word about Mentor Group as we, in my opinion are the best kept secret in sales training. If you are asked to name companies who deliver sales training, unless you have had experience of us, you would not name us. If you have experienced our services, many of our contacts refer us or take us with them when they move to other companies. We do not have a huge marketing budget, nor a large sales team. What we do though is provide configured solutions that make a measurable difference to the metrics of our clients. Moreover, we are passionate about building long term partnerships where our focus is always on the client.
