18 Updates - A packed edition!

This time of the year, it's common to see changes on 亚马逊 . LinkedIn has been flooded with these updates over the past week, so I thought I would recap what people are seeing. Many of these are likely a test, I don’t have any insider information on these tests, I am just sharing what others are seeing.

Pay with Venmo - Matt Snyder shares why he is excited for Amazon’s new payment option, Venmo!

Gap on Amazon - Congratulations to Zach Morrison and the team at Tinuiti and Dr. Muge Erdirik Dogan from Amazon for the launch of Gap on Amazon Fashion. Zach shares how his team along with Gap and Amazon put all the pieces together to build the foundation for this project.

Account Transparency Log - The account transparency log is a new security page that provides a list of sensitive actions taken on an account via the advertising console, along with the username responsible for the change.

Multiple Countries / Single Account - Alexi Bell shared this new feature from Amazon that allows you to manage advertising across countries from a singe Sponsored Ads account.

Sponsored Display VCPM - Adam Mellott shared that these campaigns can now be added to portfolios.

AMC New To Brand - Gateway ASINs - Jack Lindberg share what NTB-Gateway ASINs is, where to find it, and what it means. If you are not aware NTB-Gateway ASINs instructional query shows advertisers which ASINs drive the highest percentage and highest number of new to brand purchasers.

November API Updates - Natalia Alfonso shared the release of the Sponsored Products campaign management APIs. Dustin Wassner also highlights a few updates worth mentioning. You can check out all the API updates here.

Deals across Amazon stores - Vanessa Hung shares that Amazon launched a new feature that makes creating and managing your deals easier. The best thing about it is that you don't have to sign out of store-specific Seller Central accounts to manage them across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Climate Pledge - Joshua Rawe ? saw that “Climate Pledge” brands are getting real estate on the search results. He suggests you work to get your badge. Fernando Campos shared that this is also part of the filter selection allowing consumers to support products that align with their value.

Mobile Add to Cart - Oliver Bradley reports a friction reduction on the search results page for mobile devices.

Video Continues To Play A Big Role - Liran Hirschkorn shared this is another reason to have video, as he saw auto play videos on Sponsored Products ads. Destaney Wishon spotted a new Sponsored Video placement. Colby Almond shares some great tips on how to optimize your videos for SERPs.

Reviews on Search Results - Joe Shelerud is finding instances where reviews are hidden for products on search results.

Amazon Pharmacy - Destaney Wishon spotted Amazon Pharmacy in search when she typed in “toothpaste”.

White Friday or Black Monday? - Angélica López Lopez reminds us that words matter and when you build a global campaign you need to understand each market. Did you know that White Friday is the Middle Eastern equivalent to Black Friday?

Category Insights - Gregor Arentz share the data that is included in this update.

Sponsored Brands Follow Button - Destaney Wishon show us how this update can 10X your visibility. More followers = a larger promotion list.

Repeat Purchase Behavior Dashboard (beta) - Prem Gupta share that Amazon is evaluating the brand-new RPB dashboard, which is now in beta testing. It looks similar to the Search Query Performance (SQP) dashboard.

Creative Assets Supports Video - Himanshu Verma shares that he noticed that we can also upload videos within Creative Assets. It also allows you to use them while setting up video ad campaigns.
