I loved this installment. When I travel or go anywhere I often wrestle with the degree of interaction with others and feelings of being uncomfortable, etc. While I had not heard of the 3 B's before, In listening to this installment I realize that whether I knew about the 3 B's or not, that is essentially what I am doing when I move past feeling uncomfortable and make new connections. Being vulnerable and curious in my mind go hand in hand. By being open and transparent, I usually listen more than I speak. I share openly when I do and am genuinely interested in what the other parties have to say. The be dancing part is wonderful. It does feel like I am gliding when I am connecting in this way with others. The great part, as Joe pointed out is, that so much can stem from what may seem to be a "one-off" or insignificant conversation. Life is interesting like that!

Hi Tune-uppers! I have missed the last couple of installments as I have been leveraging the good advice from Joe Kwon and the Tune-up group and I am happy to report that I have landed the role I was after and am helping to lead the Engineering Operations Team for Amwell! I am doing some great, highly visible, complex, organization critical work. I thrive in these circumstances and I am very excited to move forward and improve how major product releases move from ideation to post-delivery as I build the Engineering Operations PMO. Thank you, Joe, and the Tune-up faithful!
