The establishment of quit dates serves as a tangible commitment to change and marks the beginning of everyone’s journey towards tobacco cessation.

We're thrilled to report that 72% of face 2 face clients have successfully quit smoking, with 60% of those quits being CO validated, a testament to the effectiveness of our evidence-based interventions. A further 12 service users self-reported quits via the Smoke Free App.

Notable successes include - “I liked the initial first and last face-to-face contact and other telephone contacts were very convenient. The prompt supply of nicotine replacement therapy was great too. Since December 2022 I have not smoked and stopped vaping on nights out too.”
“Weekly support is fantastic. The Specialist Stop Smoking Practitioner has been amazing. Thank you very much. Free products are a great incentive.”
“Very helpful and supportive, I was also recommended by other colleagues who have used the service too.”
