? Edinburgh bans polluting ads

The Scottish city has banned all adverts that feature polluting brands like fossil fuel companies, airlines, airports, SUVs and cruise ships. Sheffield Council made a similar move last year.

???????? Spain and Portugal’s Lynx population has bounced back

The wild cat is close to being free from the risk of extinction, thanks to conservation efforts from NGOs, landowners and the general public.?20 years ago, there were fewer than 100 catalogued cats, in 2023 more than 2,000 were counted.?

The all-female indigenous patrol group are protecting Ecuador’s Amazon Rainforest. The group united to take action against the threat of mining activities on their community and to stop the contamination of rivers that are ancestral gifts as well as water and food sources.

Signed ??? Outrageous that the current plastic treaty negotiations won't address plastic production. We can't recycle ourselves out of this problem... But there's hope (thanks Greenpeace ??)
