17TH LATEST ADVANCES IN PSYCHIATRY SYMPOSIUM – Monday, March 19th 2017
We would like to warmly invite you to join us at the 17th Latest Advances in Psychiatry symposium, organised on behalf of the International Society for Affective Disorders (ISAD) and the journal Progress in Neurology and Psychiatry (Wiley).
Our Early Bird Rate of £170 + VAT (£204) expires on the 18th February. We would therefore like to invite you to take advantage of this offer, as from the 19th February the rate will increase to £185 + VAT (£222).
Once again the event will be held at the Royal College of Physicians, Regent’s Park in London and the theme is: Causes, correlates and consequences of mental ill health.
This year we are delighted to have two keynote lectures on the hot topics of the role of inflammation in mental illness and the cellular biology of schizophrenia by Professors Carmine Pariante and Ian Everall, respectively. Other excellent speakers at the event include Professor Hamish McAllister-Williams, Professor Edgar Jones and Simon Di Rollo Q.C.
The conference is intended to be part of a structured CPD programme - so the objective is to provide you with independent, up-to-date, practical information that will help you achieve your personal CPD objectives and aid decision-making in your everyday clinical practice. The day will be equivalent to five hours educational activity.
This year, registration for the event will be completed online. To register online please go to the Progress in Neurology and Psychiatry homepage at: progressnp.com
If online registration is not an option then alternatively you can call Felix David on 01243 770435 and he will be happy to take your details and payment over the phone.
We hope the opportunity to network with leading clinicians and your colleagues will make for a productive and enjoyable day and look forward to welcoming you to what remains a prestigious educational event in the UK psychiatry calendar.
