Buildings designed or refurbished with sustainability in mind yield improved engagement, productivity and overall well-being in sustainable spaces. Focusing on facade, daylight and over-shadow analysis ensures well-lit, comfortable interiors. We evaluate environmental impact and align our designs with sustainable practices. Beyond Consultancy

Metec is more than a consultancy, we are custodians of sustainability. Our projects reflect this commitment, we have designed and delivered over 1,200,000 square feet of LEED-certified floor area. Energy modelling early in the design process has led to 25% energy savings and 25% cost savings, our focus on maximising natural light ensures healthier, more productive spaces. We embrace standards like BER, NZEB, LEED and BREEAM to create environmentally responsible structures. Our work extends beyond layouts and CAD drawings. We contribute to vibrant communities, enhancing lives through sustainable designs. Our team of 50+ dedicated engineers has been instrumental in delivering over 1000 projects on time and within budget.?
