17 years and counting...

As I reflect on my 17th anniversary at?Cisco, I'm humbled by the network that I’ve grown and the places that have expanded my worldview. Most importantly, I am touched by the people who call me their mentor, coach, sponsor, or friend. From global shout-outs to virtual applause from colleagues,?today was a wonderful day. I am proud to have influenced so many lives from the various seats that I’ve been privileged to sit in. A mentee recently asked what I’ve learned from my career journey thus far and this is what I shared:?

1. Never take yourself too seriously?
2. Be a sponge and soak in all the wisdom you can?
3. Use your voice to advocate for others?
4. Make an impact everywhere you go ?
5. Have fun??

I encourage anyone who has achieved career success and made it from where they started to reach back and bring someone along. We should all use the power of our seats to expand the possibilities for others. ?~LTF
