Employment contract refers to an agreement between an employer and an employee whereby an employee undertakes to work under the authority of the employer in return for remuneration.

Also, employee refers to a person having agreed to work for an employer under a contract concluded between them, and in return for remuneration.

Employer refers to an individual, a public or private entity that employs one or more employees on a permanent or temporary basis
