16th MRAM Global Innovation Forum

I had the great privilege of attending the 16th edition of the MRAM Global Innovation Forum on December 12, 2024, in San Francisco. I am very thankful to all the speakers and panelists from industry and academia who delivered excellent and insightful presentations on MRAM technology, applications, market projections, new R&D trends in the field. The progress in the field towards the 8nm node and beyond compatible for automotive applications are amazing. The possible uses of spintronic technologies in other fields such as unconventional computing or RF signal generation and detection are also very exciting. About 200 persons attended the Forum indicating a strong interest for the field. Throughout the years, this series of Forum initiated by Samsung has become a major event in the MRAM ecosystem. A great thanks to the organizers of this event, in particular this year cochairs: Kevin Garello from SPINTEC and Daniel Worledge from IBM.
