Just wrapping up, week 1 of 16M Grader-Application Training for a customer in the Northern Territory, Australia.
The participants who have taken part in the training so far, have all brought great attitudes to the training and have been engaged through out. So much so, that one of the fella's decided to place this (pic attached) up on his Instagram.
As a trainer, feedback is something that you're always giving to your candidates. Both positive & negative feedback. It's pretty humbling though, when the shoe becomes to be, on the other foot.
I'm looking forward to delivering the remainder of the program over the coming weeks.
