1664 - Make mine a Kronenbourg
Sarah Croxford

As we approach bank holiday and naturally thoughts go to the weather - it's due to be a warm one up to 24 degrees! People will be thinking about ways to chill out on the long weekend. Maybe a trip to the beach with a chance to paddle in the English Channel (brrrrrrr!) or may be a chance to get the BBQ out and have a hot dog and a can of lager and even if the weather turns will, in a terribly British way, stand outside regardless of what the weather throws at us
Instead of cracking open a Kronie… I will be doing 1664, but as my bib number in my next milestone challenge - the 25km around Windsor and will be walking to raise money for Parenting Special Children. This is an amazing charity who have changed people's lives and provided much needed support for children with ADHD, Autism and Sensory challenges. What's more the work they do around supporting carers and adopted families is fantastic with the stories so incredibly desperate for the children and with a team like PSC can make a huge difference with support, workshops, family events etc. Its a privilege to do this for them.
I won't be doing this as a run this time as its now all about endurance so if you would like to and it would be much appreciated you can sponsor me at https://localgiving.org/fundraising/thames-valley-path-100km-challenge-for-psc/ or if you want to see if I can actually do this then decide that's cool too. But if you do crack open a can of Kronenbourg at the weekend and you do think - this is very chill-axing then please think of me trying to raise some money and profile for a very special charity - parentingspecialchildren.co.uk/
I design high-performance cultures for SMEs
