MY STORY
I have been posting daily on Linkedin for over a year. The success of my Linkedin Efforts have been amazing. I have Grown my Linkedin network from 3k to 30K. Social Selling Index is 85. My experience & network made me appreciate how really big the Linkedin opportunity is. I am now guiding qualified connections to optimize their Linkedin Success.
- I believe connections are more than avatars. Connections represent their network and are the front door to amplified projection.
- I believe everyone is valuable and their past doesn't have to define their future.
- I believe Linkedin works best when you take time to get acquainted & provide value.
- I believe Linkedin is an ocean of opportunity waiting to be cultivated by those who embrace best practices, collaboration and knowledge share.
- Being authentic, consistent and proactive are fuels for accelerated success.
- Tagging is a valuable currency to reward, recognize and attract great connections.
- Reciprocity is the foundation to building trusted relationships. Linkedin is a 2 step formula. You take a step & I take a step or I take a step and you take a step. But no one should takes two steps.
- Have an action plan when you visit Linkedin. What are you doing, why and what are you expecting. You can't manage what you can't measure.
- Your profile should be client facing and represent the value you bring.
- Messaging should be consistent and relevant
- Post everyday if possible, don't overthink it and don't concern yourself with how it may be received.
- The most important thing about posting is to just start doing it. The more you do the faster you learn how to do better.
- Be authentic and express your true self, Linkedin is a long game and you can't keep up with two personas.
- Build an audience that aligns with your message & interacts
- All it takes is the right message to find the audience it deserves.
