The 15 Year Overnight Change

Over the past few years, I embarked on a personal journey that completely transformed my life.........this picture is the recent Rochdale 10k, i finished 124th (but you're a PT yawn) ......but I couldn't have been prouder of myself when I heard my kids screaming 'Go On Dad' as I sprinted to the finish line......a few years back I'd be in the crowd with a beer!?

It all started in 2009 when the recession forced me to seek additional income, by 2016 I needed to address some health issues and started CrossFit.....in 2018 I quit booze for 3 months and 5 years later I'm still grog-free.............in 2019 I woke up knowing I had to engineer my way out of the family business, life was too short to be sat in a boardroom with Dad for another 15 years...........and here we are now....you who I probably sold a car to at some point and me offering to take you on your own journey.?

2020 came and lockdown gave me time to reevaluate my life and set meaningful goals across all areas of my life. I sought out a powerful formula for goal-setting structured around a balanced life that I stuck to and now teach to clients up and down the country.

?

In 2021 I studied HARD to get my Personal Training qualifications, CrossFit Level 1 and 2 then did nutrition.....I decided I didn't just want to be 'another coach' I wanted be amongst the best.....to have an impact on the gym floor, in business, in peoples homes.?

All the while my goal setting and healthy habits workshops evolved to bring it all together to be delivered online or face to face to create real and lasting change for my clients.

?

Eventually my parents retired and we fixed everything as a family. But I had to start again...........building my home business ?and going in to coaching from scratch....hence me reaching out from time to time to share some stories.?

?

I've launched a few ways to help my network on 1-2-1, group or workshop settings.
