15 Year Anniversary Day 2: Business & Life Tips

Yesterday I shared my first 3 business and life lessons I’ve learned during my 15 years in business. Today I’m sharing my next 3 lessons. Lesson 4. You can’t piecemeal your dreams

I dont have enough time to talk about the years I wasted trying to build a business with freebies. Podcasts, youtube videos, webinars, ebooks etc because I thought I could piecemeal all the info and magically achieve my dreams. It wasn’t until I put my money where my mouth was and invested in myself and in my business, that I FINALLY saw a profit and results. Hiring a coach was the BEST decision I made! One of my coaches said it best.. 6 and 7 figure business owners don’t recreate the wheel, they follow a proven system that works. The bottom line is nothing is free. You will pay with your time, your money or both! I personally rather pay with my money because time is a precious resource I can never get back.

Lesson 5. Clarity + Confidence = Cash

One of the biggest problems I’ve seen with my clients is they don't actually know what they want. They know what they don't want. They know what they think they want. They know what everyone else wants. They know they are tired, not at peace, not happy and not fulfilled but they dont know what they REALLY want on a soul level. So they waste time and get easily distracted with shinny, pretty imposter things that seem to fill that void, but never do. Finding clarity is one of the first steps to getting everything you want in life. Experiencing coaching just to get CLEAR is invaluable! Once you are clear, you can get laser-focused AND that helps you to have the confidence to go after what you want. Then that results in cash, resources, answered prayers, manifesting and more!

Lesson 6. Evolve or Die

I promised I would keep this post brief, so imma share a quick story. When I got into this business I went out and got every certification and training I could think of. Reiki, Life Coaching, Spiritual Counseling, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Yoga/Meditation and thats just the stuff in my bio (yes there’s more!) I wanted to be the best and I thought that meant working on my craft, having all the tools and helping everyone who needed my help! Wrong! It was really a front because I didn't think I knew enough or was worthy enough of people spending money with me so I had to be an overachiever and learn everything. Except I was a broke overachiever because I spent all my money trying to mask my insecurities instead of spending money on learning how to run a business- marketing, sales, branding, systems. It took me finally getting BIG mad at the people I saw making more money than me who I knew weren’t nearly as good and weren’t getting the results I got for my clients. Once I got WOKE! I woke up and made some major shifts in my business. If I hadn’t I would still be broke, tired and mad. And probably would have given up! Life is a series of evolving constantly or you don't just get stagnant and stuck, you internally die.
