Neurodiversity theory posits that there is strength in diversity, and this is especially true when it comes to neurological differences.
Neurodiversity advocates work to promote understanding and acceptance of neurominorities, who often face challenges in a world that is not always accommodating to their needs.
This week, we've rounded up some of my posts on neurodiversity, including a piece on why it's sometimes hard for neurodiverse people to remember names.
An exploration of the unique strengths that neurodiverse individuals can bring to the workplace, and a look at why it's important to give interview questions in advance to jobseekers.
We've also included an image on the power of ADHD.
If you're looking for ways to support neurodiversity in your own life, we encourage you to check out these articles.
Saturday - Loving Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity is the variation in human brains and minds.
Which should be celebrated!

Monday - Neurodiversity one step in front of the other..
Neurodiversity - I’ve literally bought the T-Shirt, written the book, created the podcast and the training on the subject. But we all still have so much to learn and so much to achieve.
But we wont achieve anything without taking action.
I see organisations large and small scratching their heads when it comes to how they can best support their employees with neurodiversity. They want to do something, but feel stuck as to where to start or what that first step might look like.
There are lots of options available and it's often hard to decide which one is right for you. Training, assessment or audit of current systems and processes, gaining a benchmark for where you are, all have the potential to help move you in the right direction.
If you need help putting one Neurodiversity step in front of the other, get in touch. We can help.
Tuesday - Why you should give interview questions in advance
Interview questions before the interview?
Well, there are almost no reasons why you shouldn't offer a candidate the questions before an interview.
Simples. Now, if you like this episode, connect with me or follow me. We're creating a lot of content and we're creating it for you. You can like, you can comment, Hey, contact us. We'd love to hear from you. Thank you for watching.
Wednesday - Seeing the strengths in Neurodiversity
When I first started researching and reading about neurodiversity all I could find was long lists written by academics, psychologists and journalists about what we couldn’t do.

Here are all the things someone who’s ADHD or Autistic is bad at.
They hate the light,
or sound,
they don’t like socialising,
can’t work for long periods
and so on and so forth.
They would then list one or two things they may be good at!
Could be a good developer or tester
or an incredible mathematician!
Well, I am none of those, so where did that leave me and my child?
I didn’t want to see myself in that light.
So I started a podcast to highlight positive neurodiverse voices in the recruitment industry and then I started writing Neurodiversity at Work with Prof Amanda Kirby.
And now I can search the web and my Linkedin feed and see so many more positive voices shouting out the positives of Neurodiversity.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE MAKING A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE...
What a difference a few years can make ??
Thursday - I can't remember your name
I can't remember your name.

I'm sorry. It's true. Yes, I'm a bad father.
Oh. I'm pretty bad with dates. I couldn't tell you my kids' birthdays. Oh, what a poor guy I am. I just can't remember your name.
