15 Lessons I Learned from Writing Nonstop for 15 Days

15 Lessons I Learned from Writing Nonstop for 15 Days

?? Lesson 1: If you don't schedule it, it probably won't happen

Keynotes: Our brains are full of future plans, workload, intentions, worries that always make us forget things we should do for ourselves and others.

  • How many times because of resistance, have I refused to sit down and make a plan to do things I want?
  • How many times because of work and personal preferences, have I refused to spend intimate time with the ones I love?

Action: Take time this weekend, sit down, be quiet and ask yourself: What should I schedule to do now?

?? Lesson 2: Self-improvement leads to freedom

Keynotes: The world can give you extraordinary teachers, but they cannot make you great unless you work on yourself every day.

Each and every one of us has a "box" filled with limitations, procrastination, and self-doubt that block us from becoming a better version of ourselves and chasing the freedom we want in life. Without self-improvement, that box will never empty—or worse, it will fill up with more concrete barriers and constraints.

When we carry so many barriers in life, we can’t reach freedom.

Action: Take a moment today and look inside your own box to see what you can start working on.

?? Lesson 3: Personal story: What am doing here on LinkedIn?

I never think I'm more special than anyone else. I believe that if I think I'm better than others, I'll never become better. With empathy, trust, altruism, and integrity, I strive to be someone trustworthy whom everyone can feel comfortable reaching out to.

Because my professional experience is limited—I focus on three main topics that express more about my personality and lifestyle.

1?? · How to Build a Fulfilling Life - Weekly Published Newsletter ·

2?? · How to Become a Multipotentialite

3?? · How to Be Mentally Strong

?? Lesson 4: Three life-changing lessons I'm grateful to learn

Keynotes: Stop Comparing & Working On Ourselves; Accept Our Limitations & Keep Moving Forward; Health is Life

Fame, money, and recognition you are earning now are important, but they’re nothing until you are informed that you get a serious disease and you have to leave your job for treatment. At that point, you will realize that health is happiness. The days when you are still healthy are truly the best days of your human life.

Action: Please, pay more attention to your health!

?? Lesson 5: Live a life without regret

Keynotes: My dream was to live every single day to its fullest, striving to become a better version of myself and spending?time with?my loved ones.?
Action: Ask yourself what kind of life you want to live, and what you can do now to build that life.

?? Lesson 6: Two big bold choices shaped my life

Keynotes: I studied university when I was 20 and am taking a career break now at 24.

I'm certain you here have plans for your life, however small or big. The plans can be switch your career, choose a university major, change a work mode (among on-site, hybrid, and remote), or take a career break (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or even more).

Action: Ask yourself three questions: What will I lose? What is the plan for this 'crazy' decision?Am I ready to join the challenge?

?? Lesson 7: Three attitudes at work helps you learn and adapt quicker

1?? Be the first person saying 'Hi' to people

2?? Don't wait for someone to come and teach you how to do your tasks

3?? Making mistakes is not abnormal

?? Lesson 8: Break time

Keynotes: Every journey, no matter short or long, break time is essential

?? Lesson 9: I started my university first-year at 20

Keynotes: Keep chasing your dream, don't give up when life challenges you since you have a different path from others. Don't try to be the fastest or live a life based on societal expectations. Live a life that you wish. Because at least, you are the only one who lives your life
Action: If it's time for change, for a switch, for a try, just do it at your own pace. It's never late to do something.

?? Lesson 10: Happiness comes when we have what we want.

Keynotes: We cannot be happy because we never let go of our big egos and refuse to focus on ourselves.
Action: Even when we don't have what we want, if we expect less, happiness is within our reach.

?? Lesson 11: As an adult, hope for the young generation to take control of social media platforms

Keynotes: Parenting isn’t just a challenging job; it’s a sacred calling.

There’s no better solution than spending time with children and adolescents, who are particularly vulnerable at this stage of life. Discover the real world with them—let them see it with their own eyes, feel it with their hearts, and help it with their hands.

Action: Please protect the younger generation and let them grow up healthy and connect with the real world.

?? Lesson 12: When algorithms is not my priority on LinkedIn.

After more than 8 months of writing here, I found that algorithms are no longer my priority. What I prioritize now is how I can bring something helpful to a small group of people, be a person anyone can reach out to talk and share their life with as a friend or a mentor (if they're interested in learning languages and becoming a polymath).

?? Lesson 13: Don't hesitate to build hobbies as an adult

Keynotes: People will remember you for what meaningful memories they shared with you, not for your job title and how much you earn. That's why, working hard is good but don't let it prevent you from living with your hobbies.

When we were young, being asked about hobbies would make our eyes light up and we would be excited to talk about them all day long. Through hobbies, we express more who we truly are. However, growing up, we put hobbies aside and focus on work. We chase things that ultimately do not define who we really are.

Action: Sit down and decide what you like to do and turn it into your hobby.

?? Lesson 14: Every one has their own charisma

Keynotes: Everyone can become charismatic and influence people in their own way. But most of us don't know how to find our ow charisma.

1?? Live with Uniqueness: Find your vocation, find your people, and influence them in a way that expresses who you truly are.

2?? Advocate the Truth: No matter what happens, in the end, the truth will definitely win.

3?? Say and Take Actions: Your failings also strongly enhance your charisma as your successes since you can empathize with and understand people in their own downs.

Action: Spend time reflecting on yourself and try to find your charisma by being yourself, advocating the truth, and saying with actions.

?? Lesson 15: Define wealth based on your life purpose and values, not materials

Keynotes: Freedom in work, good health, healthy connections, giving more, and gratitude are the kinds of wealth I am yearning for. I am not sure when the rich of materials has become a part, not a center of my life. I am not sure when I want to encourage people around me to ask themselves the meaning of their lives.
Action: Spend your weekend thinking about your wealth based on your life vocation and values that you can give
