To describe something accurately or get something exactly right.

4. Take the bull by the horns
To deal with a difficult situation boldly and directly.

Use Idioms in Context
Instead of just memorizing idioms, try using them in sentences or conversations. This helps solidify their meanings and makes them easier to recall. For example, after learning "break the ice," you might say, "I broke the ice at the meeting by asking about everyone's weekend." The more you use an idiom, the more natural it will feel.
