Upskilling Pakistan's Youth: A Year of Impact

2021 was a transformative year! We launched a community initiative to empower Pakistani youth, regardless of background, to build their careers. We collaborated with incredible mentors, some experienced, some fresh faces, even some online!

Together, we created over 15 free communities focused on in-demand skills.

The impact? Over 2,000 individuals:

• Launched careers: Secured placements or job switches.
• Embarked on freelancing journeys: Gained skills to become freelance gurus.
• Gained new skills: With FREE series on DevOps Bootcamp, MERN Saturdays, Freelance Thursdays, .NET Sundays and Python Fridays
• Cracked coding challenges: Leveled up their problem-solving with 20+ people exceeding 100 LeetCode problems solved, including 10+ with 200+ and 5+ with 300+!

• DSA Community: Upskilling Pakistan talent with DSA skills with FREE series planned over the weekends by the trainers having deep understanding of problem solving patterns and mentorship experience, including closed mentorship for good candidates.
• Alumni & Placement Support: Connects professionals with opportunities, hones resumes/networking skills, and partners with companies. 200+ placements and success stories!
• MERN Mentorship: Provides 1-month (professionals) and 3-month (students) training for MERN stack development, resulting in 20+ successful placements.
• .NET Mentorship: Offers 1/3-month training to equip individuals for .NET roles, with 15+ success stories and some experiencing up to 70% raises!
• QA Community: Guides freshers and experienced professionals to improve their chances of landing competitive QA jobs, with a focus on automation.
• UE Freelance Community: Empowers individuals to become freelance experts by 2023, with knowledge sharing on proposals, client management, and more. We have 4 Top Rated Upwork Freelancers and 5 Level 1/2 Fiverr freelancers!
